I am a self-taught artist, having discovered my painting talents almost by accident.  I paint landscapes and portraits, 'alla prima' in the impressionist style. I mainly paint or draw by photographs and I willingly accept commissions.
 

I enjoy the  small-town lifestyle outside the K-W area and currently reside in Petersburg, ON with my husband and son, a chocolate lab and a hedonistic kitty.



I've come to realize that there is much to learn with techniques and mixing but also that my talents have not gone unnoticed. It seems that I have a 'natural' talent - that I should learn to cherish.
